OLGA - On-Line Guitar Archive seems to be a relatively stable new home for OLGA, which was on the lam from the copyright cops for a while. Good place for lyrics, chords, and tab - mostly pop & rock songs. You'll have to look a little harder for the lyrics, but they're available.

Online Guitar Chord Dictionary have a chord chart on the inside of my front door. Guess I don't need it any more. This site is really cool.
