FOLK MUSIC NORTH EAST is a website that provides extensive listings about folk clubs and events and live music in the north east area OF THE UK -check them out.

Pot & Glass folk & Acoustic club, Egglescliffe Village, meets at 8:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at the 17th century  Pot & Glass pub, Egglescliffe Village TS16 9DQ near Yarm-on-Tees.
The club members play & enjoy a wide variety of acoustic music, especially but NOT exclusively Folk music. Visiting musicians, Singers & listeners are always welcome

Cutty Wren Folk Club, Skelton, Cleveland Meets every Thursday

Guisborough Folk Club, Belmangate, Guisborough, Cleveland Meets every Sunday evening with regular guests

The Hexagon Theatre, Middlesborough "Has a new season of Folk evenings - "Folk @ The Hexagon" beginning on 6th April and then continuing on the last Thursday of each month"
