THE YANKEE VOLUNTEERS.

COME, all ye true Americans that love the
Stripes and Stars, For which your gallant countrymen go marching
to the wars ; For grand old Massachusetts raise up three rousing
cheers ; Three times three and a tiger for the Yankee
The nineteenth day of April they marched unto the
war, And on that day, upon the way, they stopped at
Baltimore, And trustingly expected the customary cheers Which eBery loyal city cives the Yankee Volunteers. BuP suddenly in fury there came a Mighty crowd, Led on by negro drivers, with Curses long and loud :
