Rule. The Conclusion consists of two phrases separated by a short pause. In the first phrase arc two accents, the syllables between which are sung to RE. In the second phrase there are also two accents, and the syllable before the last accent is sung to MI; but if it be the second syllable of a daclyl then the two syllables are sung to MI.
